The transport process for freight forwarding
1. After booking
As soon as you have made the booking, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. This includes the shipping label and the track and trace information for your shipment. Feel free to forward this to your consignee so that they are informed about the status of the shipment at all times.
3. Collection
The collection of packaged goods takes place at the designated collection address on the curbside or at loading ramps on commercial premises.
You are welcome to book a telephone appointment or a driver notification additionally.
2. Packaging
Subsequently, the goods must be packaged in a transport-safe manner, e.g., with bubble wrap, cardboard, or lashing straps. Make sure that nothing protrudes beyond the means of transport. Finally, the shipping label must be attached to the goods so that it is clearly visible.
4. Delivery
The delivery for freight forwarding is made to the delivery address provided by you. This can be done either at the curb or via loading ramps.
If you provided us with information such as the consignee’s opening hours during booking, we will take this into account during delivery.

We offer freight forwarding exclusively for commercial customers, authorities and businesses. A transport on behalf of private individuals is completely excluded.
If you place your order by 10:00 a.m., there are regions in groupage freight where we offer same-day collection. You can find out if your region offers this service after entering the collection and delivery location on our platform.
The duration of freight forwarding is primarily determined by two factors: the distance between the pick-up and delivery locations and the choice of transport product.
We offer you two different transport products with varying delivery times. With premium shipping, you benefit from faster deliveries than with standard shipping.
The exact duration is individually calculated and can be viewed after entering the collection & delivery location on our platform.
