At k>outs, payment by invoice is possible if the customer has sufficient creditworthiness. This credit check is carried out by our partner Creditsafe to ensure that the financial requirements for this payment method are met.

At k>outs, you have a payment term of 12 days from the invoice date. This means that your payment must be made within 12 days after the invoice has been issued.

Yes, at k>outs, we offer the option of payment by collective invoice. This option is available to customers who regularly process at least 10 shipments per month with us. The collective invoice allows you to combine multiple shipments into a single invoice, reducing administrative effort on your end.

To benefit from discounts at k>outs, you need to ship regularly, with a minimum volume of ten shipments per month. Additionally, you can take advantage of our tiered discount structure: the more shipments you process, the higher the potential discount. This means that such shipments are given precedence in our planning process and are considered before standard shipments. This service guarantees faster and more efficient processing of your shipments.

At k>outs, the term standard transit time refers to the average duration required to transport a shipment from its origin to its destination under normal conditions. This transit time is determined based on our experience and typical transport durations, providing our customers with a reliable reference for planning their shipments.
